Valves and equipment flow direction correct.
Orifice plates installed check plate tab and its description.
All instruments hooked up.

2. Instrument Installation and Inspection Installation check
a. Check the instrument against the datasheet.
b. Check CE marking.
c. Check calibration certificates.
d. Installation check.
e. Leakage test.
f. Flushing carried out.

Commissioning Execution
1) Calibration and testing of instruments prior to installation.
2) Visual inspection for complete and correct installation.
3) Insulation and continuity testing of cables.
4) Cleaning, flushing, pressure and leak testing of pneumatic and hydraulic tubing.
5) Adjustment of control, alarm and shutdown settings.
6) Loop testing.
7) Function testing of control systems.
8) Function testing of field instruments.
9) Punch point list for field instruments
10) Area completion.
