Name: Shift Leader Plant Operations
Placement: Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang
Characteristics :
1. Posses at least electrical or mechanical engineering MSc/BSc degree or equivalent work experience
2. Man or Woman, Preferable who has experienced working at the project site
3. Have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in power plant operations and/or maintenance
4. Have a minimum of 5 years in CCP operations experience
5. Have a minimum of 3 years as a gas turbine unit controller experience
6. Have good in English writing, and speaking skills
7. Significant knowledge of practices, functions and processes involved in the management, engineering, and operations of a CCP
8. Excellent personal and communication skills with internally and externally
9. Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and procedures
10. Good leadership skills are proven in a power plant environment
11. Experience with the use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) including permit to work (PWT) software
